This program really helped me too see through the money making part of all the health food and find the really healthy food.
I’ve noticed that now I have a lot more long lasting energy during the day than before. Even when I don’t get much sleep, I always have plenty of energy to get through the next day.
My digestive system is sensitive to a very wide variety of foods, including gluten, corn, dairy, etc. I used to get quite a few stomachaches each week, that were very painful, even when I avoided all the foods I shouldn’t eat. After eating only the foods suggested by this program, my stomachaches have gone from several in a week, to once every few months, and it’s always getting better.
Definitely, I would especially recommend it [Kitchen of Life’s program] to those who are used to mainstream food, and have developed health/dietary problems because of it. The diet isn’t the only important part; the education provided by this service has been far more beneficial to me than the food alone.

Ever since we changed our diets, we noticed that we didn’t have headaches….at all.
I feel very well educated [now] about how to go about reading labels on the packages. I understand what to look for and stay away from and also understand why I need to stay away from certain ingrediants. I have also learned about how important it is to eat ORGANIC as well and I have reduced my intake of meat and consume more vegatables with my meals.
There are really 2 things that I have noticed that have improved not only for me but also my husband. My husband and I always seemed to have a least 2 to 3 episodes of headaches every week. We both literally carried a bottle of Ibuprofin with us due to these headaches.
Ever since we changed our diets, we noticed that we didn’t have headaches….at all. We really didn’t realize how much medication we were having to take every week for the headaches and then all of the sudden, we both noticed that we were not needing to go to the store and get more medication.
The other major improvement for me was my lab work. My cholesterol and my trigylcerides went down and that was with me taking less of my medication.
I think the most helpful information for me was having the material in writing to review before your lessons. I really enjoyed learning about why go organic, why eat less meat and more vegetables and fruits. Also, the videos were very helpful as well.
