Welcome! I’m so excited you’re here! Seriously. If you’re reading this, I’m willing to bet that you’ve experienced or are experiencing health issues that have left you not feeling your best. If you’re looking to take control of your health starting with what you eat, you have come to the right place.

I started Kitchen of Life because I’ve been there. Through my own experience of failing health and then healing through plant based whole foods, I decided to dedicate myself to helping others on their path to wellness.


It’s time to take the mystery, confusion and frustration out preparing of healthy, delicious food!

Our goal is to be your resource when it comes to healing through a plant-based diet. While our clients are not required to adopt an exclusively plant based diet, the Kitchen of Life recipe collection includes only plant based recipes (vegan recipes) and many are also gluten free recipes.

Kitchen of Life: A Service to Help You Regain Your Overall Well Being

Do you want to look and feel your best at any age? How much do you think what you eat and drink every day effects your mind and body?

The answer will probably shock you!

Why? Because even when we’re sick and struggling with chronic or even terminal conditions and diseases, healthcare practitioners tend underplay the role of our diet in our overall health and how we feel.

While I won’t stand here and tell you that our diet is the only factor in our health, what we eat it is the foundation and possibly the most influential factor when it comes to optimal health. What you eat can literally mean the difference between chronic pain and illness and abundant vitality and well being.

All that said, most of us already know that we should eat better, but somehow eating “healthy” has become confusing.

There’s a new superfood being marketed every day and plenty of conflicting information about what’s good for us and what’s not.

Are green smoothies ah-mazing? Or dangerous? What about chocolate? Or chicken? It’s enough to make anyone want to throw in the towel, just eat whatever, and take their chances…until you get sick.

But we don’t have to resign ourselves to the symptoms of ill health…

Of course, exercise and movement play a role in our health as well, but if you’re not properly fueled, where will you pull the energy from? And how will your body repair and recover after? Health truly does begin with what’s on our plate.

Fatigue, chronic aches and pains in the muscles and joints, inflammation,”brain fog”, depression, anxiety, low energy, energy surges, hot flashes, poor sleep and so much more can all be drastically improved (if not eliminated) by simply changing how we fuel and nourish our bodies.

Kitchen of Life offers a unique approach to living healthy, as well as minimizing the adverse effects of chronic or nagging health conditions.

Our method when working with our clients stems from a practical and well-mapped program, which is carried out in the comfort of your own home.

What makes the program so successful is the hands-on approach in the kitchen. The menu and grocery component is tailored to YOUR specific health needs and personal goals. We meet YOU where YOU are in YOUR dietary protocol and move forward TOGETHER.

While the education is the same for everyone, the way in which goals are reached is customized from client to client so anyone can benefit from the program!

My mission is to inspire others to help themselves, starting with taking a fresh approach to how we eat.

It is my intent is to help you introduce some of the world’s healthiest foods and superfoods into you and your family’s diet through lovingly crafted recipes made with carefully selected ingredients.




We offer a custom one-on-one service designed to restore health and balance to the body. We do this through our 12-step program to living optimally. These steps break down into four modules, with each module building on the previous concepts.

Not to worry! Each and every client starts with the basics. Module One will have you off and running – you’ll want to tell all your friends how they can eat, cook and shop smarter, too! Not bad for only a few lessons!

As the program progresses into Modules 2 and 3 you’ll delve deeper into a better understanding of what powerful plant based foods offer. You’ll start to connect the dots between the benefits of “prevention foods” and the detriment of “harmful additives”. You’ll also be “in the know” about what all those media buzz terms really mean and be able to process and understand the newest trends without buying into every one.

The last module is reserved for those who have lost their lifestyle and want to get it back, or for those just eager to detoxify and see what living at your best health feels like. This last step mirrors the lifestyle followed at Hippocrates Health Institute.


A health coach is someone who teaches people about behaviors that promote wellness, and develops and implements strategies to improve the health of individuals and communities.

We leave out dietary fads and marketed products. Instead, we balance a happy marriage between a plant based, whole foods lifestyle, and the more mainstream standard American diet.

My training is through Hippocrates Health Institute. Hippocrates Health Institute is a holistic retreat and educational center that has built its reputation based on healing individuals through diet and lifestyle. In order to appeal to wider audience but still keep with the success of the HHI protocol, The Kitchen of life recipe book was specifically designed to appeal to the more Americanized palette.

My recipes incorporate a healthy concept using decadent and gourmet flavors paired with nutritious ingredients to create delicious and healthy meals.

There are more than 100 recipes in the program meant for all levels offering a variety of flavors, textures and ingredients. The food pairings are designed for both health and taste and leave you in the driver’s seat so you can enjoy every bite!


A personal holistic chef is an individual trained in the philosophy of healing foods and preparation methods that optimize wellness.

At Kitchen of Life, I don’t cook for you. Instead, I cook with you, because I understand that although it may seem basic learning to cook new foods and eat differently can be overwhelming!

Working with you in your home is where the real change occurs. I will guide you through the process of using ingredients you may be unfamiliar with and offer how-to’s in the kitchen to get you on your way to independent healthy living.

I’ll assist you with other simple tasks such as understanding how to prep and organize, using knives and cutting boards, understanding juicing versus blending and much, much more. Once you have a handle on the basics, I will guide you through more complicated recipes and cooking methods. The more you familiarize yourself in the kitchen, the easier it will be for you to whip up healthy, fresh delicious food when you’re on your own!

As your personal holistic chef, I will be there for you to inspire, educate and empower you to help yourself and take control of your health


My philosophy is that living foods have the ability to both heal and nourish, and we have the experience, education and results to prove it!

Our health begins in the kitchen, and what we eat has the power to bring us incredible healing and vitality.
