Have you ever wondered what some of the veggies are on the produce shelf but never knew what to do with them? Well, our recipes will provide you with a host of opportunities to try them and find out how delicious they can be!
We are proud to say that our recipes incorporate the color of the rainbow (in fact, it’s those colors that imply those all important, disease fighting phytochemicals), including sprouts, microgreens, superfoods, cruciferous veggies, sea vegetables and the vibrant juices and smoothies.
What won’t you find here? Recipes that include gluten, dairy or meat. You also won’t find any processed foods. A small portion of our recipes include low glycemic sugars and fermented soy, and we provide more information on those ingredients within the recipes.
The two most important things our clients want are recipes they can incorporate into their busy lives and that taste delicious, so our recipes are designed for simplicity and flavor while providing a variety of wholesome nutrition.
