Hi and welcome! I’m Laura and I started Kitchen of Life with a desire to combine my passion and expertise for transitioning to vibrant health through nutrition with my love of teaching in order to help others do the same.
Through my own health journey, I found that there was a gap between education and implementation in the nutrition and health coaching world.
With the Kitchen of Life program my aim was to fill that gap with an in-home service and provide individuals and families with the knowledge, tools and hands-on experience to elevate their health and minimize (or even eliminate) the symptoms of illness, disease, allergies, food sensitivities or bad choices/habits.
I am a health educator and personal holistic chef specializing in nourishing and healing foods.
I received my certification as a health educator from the world renowned Hippocrates Health Institute in West Palm Beach, FL and hold a master’s degree in education from Manhattanville College.
On my own health journey, I experienced a period of illness during which traditional doctors were unable to help me or provide answers.
