Raw Chocolate Mousse Dessert

Simply Delectable! Simply Divine! A dessert leaving you satisfied…not crashing? Who ever heard of such a thing!? It’s true.  Loaded with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants our raw chocolate mousse will have you singing praises! Hallelujah!

Raw chocolate mousse is tempting.  It’s definitely delicious. No lie it’s satisfying, but this dessert does not come without warning. It’s scrumptious but do not, I repeat do not abuse this dessert. Why? Revenge is bitter. It’ll pack on the pounds for sure.  Eat it like a delicacy…in morsels…not in bites.

Ingredients:

Flesh from 1 ripe avocado (not too ripe; not too hard; do not use brown spots – scrape off or cut out). Store avocado in refrigerator at just the right texture to retard any further ripening.

1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked 4 hours

1/4 cup raw cacao powder

3/4 cup raw cacao butter

2 tbsp. organic coconut oil, liquid consistency

6 tbsp. Dark Amber Agave

pinch of Himalayan or sea salt

filtered water for consistency

fresh berries or mint for garnish (optional)

Directions:

1. In a high speed blender, process all ingredients, adding water as necessary until a smooth consistency.

2. Garnish as desired.

3. Serve and enjoy.
